CYCLE

Ready to join our team? We look forward to meeting you! Here’s what you need to know to get started.

THE BASICS

CREATE AN ACCOUNT

If you haven’t done so already, create an account here. Make sure to follow us on social media and subscribe to our emails to take advantage of discounts & offers. Then select a membership or class pack that works best for you.

RESERVE YOUR BIKE

Before you book your first ride, look over our FAQs here to fully prepare for your first experience. Then, take a look at our class schedule here and book a class. We recommend new riders sit in the second or third rows on the outer edge of the room.

Preparing For Class

PLAN YOUR ROUTE

Punctuality is key and after we shut our spin room doors, riders will not be permitted into class. Plan your leave time and route to the studio ahead of time to avoid delays.

HYDRATE + EAT

Please remember to drink plenty of water before, during and after your ride. We also recommend to take in a small snack 30 mins before class or a light meal a couple of hours before.

WHAT TO WEAR

We recommend wearing form-fitting bottoms (pants, leggings or shorts) that refrain from riding up and a light, breathable top.

On Arrival

BE EARLY

We recommend arriving 10-15 mins before your class time to ensure we can get you properly set up on your bike as your safety and experience is our top priority. We will help you with your bike settings, getting clipped into your bike, introduce you to your instructor and will give you a full rundown of what to expect from the ride. 2 minutes before class starts, we release booked bikes to our waitlisted guests.

CHECK-IN

Upon arrival, make sure you check in with our front desk team. We will ensure you have everything you need, including the proper shoes. You can wear your tennis shoes or rent a pair of spin shoes from us for $2. If you own your own pair of spin shoes our bikes are SPD and DELTA clip compatible. We also have bottled water available for $2 and a water dispenser for guests who bring their own water bottle.

DON’T BE AFRAID TO WORK BUT LISTEN TO YOUR BODY

Our instructor team is trained to push you and our community is built off of working together. We encourage you to do your best to stay with the class, but welcome you to listen to your body and work at a level that is comfortable for you. As a reminder, we encourage new riders to sit in the second or third rows on the outer edge of the room. This allows you to watch advanced riders while you learn and get comfortable with our ride.
