DESCRIPTION:The Method: Rhythm Cycling 2025 Training\n\nThis indoor cycling/rhythm cycling training is designed to allow even the most skilled coach a chance to tap into the extra 1%\, while developing an understanding of how music selection and understanding\, preparation and practice and simplifying the work can create an elevated indoor cycling experience with every class. \nThis Indoor Cycling Training is open to those who currently coach or are looking to become a coach. \nTopics to be discussed:\n\n\nWhat is Rhythm Cycling in terms of The Method\nUnderstanding your music better and streamline playlisting\nImprove your mic voice\, inflection and delivery\nMastering your posture and presence as the leader of the experience\nMaster the ability fully connect with you room\nMaster the ability to deliver a consistent experience\nMaster the ability to create choreography that flows\n\nExpect a mix of both lessons and practical work. Participants should plan to ride often and should consider bringing multiple changes of clothes for comfort and even their own snacks should you need something quick or have food preferences. While not all participants will be able to take part in the practical part of the training\, when asked we encourage you to take this opportunity to put your learnings to the test while you have the full attention and support of our team. \nTo get the most out of this training\, we ask that you come with pre-planned questions and an open mind to the experiences of the other participants.
