FILMED CLASSES

  • WHAT DOES A FILMED CLASS MEAN?

    In-studio classes that feature the word “filmed” in the title mean we are filming on-demand content for our digital platform. Participants should expect to be featured on our platform worldwide.

  • WHEN CAN I BOOK A FILMED CLASS?

    Just like all of our in-studio classes, booking starts every week on Sunday at 5pm MST. You can also secure your spot up to 2 weeks earlier with an Advanced Credit, or Membership.

  • IS THERE A DRESS CODE FOR FILMED CLASSES?

    Yes. All participants are required to wear POWER+FLOW gear in BLACK, WHITE, GRAY OR GREEN or ALL BLACK non-studio gear. Outside studio logos and branding of any kind are prohibited. You are more than welcome to wear top brands like Nike, adidas, ect. as long as the branding is small.

  • HOW OFTEN WILL THE SCHEDULE CHANGE?

    When in season, our filming schedule will change often, but you will be aware of the current schedule prior to the booking window opening.

  • BOOKING RESTRICTIONS

    Because of the nature of these classes, we will not allow guests into the room 2 mins before class start time and ask all guests to stay through the closing of the class as to not interrupt the filming process.

  • ADDITIONAL RESTRICTIONS

    Large water bottles, those unable to fit within the provided holders, will not be permitted (16oz-20oz will fit best).

IN-STUDIO CLASSES

  • HOW DO I BOOK INTO CLASS?

    You can easily book into any class using our free app for iOS and Android or by logging into our website.

  • WHEN DO I BOOK INTO CLASS?

    Our booking window opens every Sunday at 5pm MST for that weeks classes (Monday - Sunday).

  • What options do I have for booking a class?

    We offer an Unlimited Monthly Membership, drop-in credits and class packs with education and military discounts available. Take note that we are a cashless business.

  • WHAT IS THE ADVANCED BOOKING FEATURE?

    Unlimited members and guests with an Advanced Booking Credit can book up to 2 weeks ahead starting Sunday’s at 5PM MST.

  • CAN I CHOOSE MY OWN SPOT?

    Yes. You can choose your own spot in all of our classes; however, we do reserve the right to reassign your spot to ensure every guests experience is the best it can be and your coach can support you during class.

  • What if the class fills up before I get in?

    Join our waitlist! By doing so, you are agreeing that you can take class should you get in and may receive notice via email as early as 45 mins before the class start time. You are also agreeing to your cancellation policy.

  • HOW WILL I BE NOTIFIED THAT I GOT OFF THE WAITLIST?

    By email only. By adding yourself to the waitlist, you are agreeing that you can take class should you get in and may receive notice via email as early as 45 mins before the class start time. You are also agreeing to your cancellation policy.

  • What is your Cancellation policy?

    There is a 12-hour cancellation policy for all classes. Unlimited members will be charged a $10 fee and credit members will lose their credit. Additionally, Members who “non-show” to a class will be charged $20.

  • LATE ARRIVALS

    Available spots will be given to waitlisted guests 2 minutes before class. Once class as started, late arrivals will not be permitted.

  • DO YOU OFFER SHOE RENTALS?

    Yes. Our bikes are SPD and DELTA clip compatible. You can bring your own or rent a pair of spin shoes for $3+tax or wear tennis shoes.

  • Do you offer private rides?

    Yes! Email us at info@power-flowstudio.com to start the conversation.

  • Can I book for a friend?

    No. All guests must setup their own account and book themselves in.

  • What happens if I don't get off the waitlist?

    You are automatically removed from class with no penalty. If you used a credit to book, it will be returned to you for future use.

  • Do I need to bring any equipment for classes?

    No. Any and all equipment you will need for both cycle and training classes will be provided.

  • Do you offer water?

    Yes, we sell water for $2 per bottle. We also have a filtered water fountain available if you want to bring your own water bottle.

  • HOW EARLY SHOULD I ARRIVE TO CLASS?

    We recommend arrive 10-15 minutes before class to ensure we take all the proper measures to get you ready for class.

ON DEMAND SUBSCRIPTION

  • HOW MUCH DOES AN ONLINE SUBSCRIPTIONS COST?

    We have two subscription options available: a monthly subscription at $19.99/month and a yearly subscription at $219/year.

  • DO YOU OFFER A TRIAL PERIOD BEFORE COMMITTING TO A PURCHASE?

    Yes, every subscription comes with a 7-day free trial period. Once the trial period is over, the credit card you entered when making the subscription purchase will be charged. You are welcome to cancel your subscription at any time during the trial period. Only one trial period may be used per subscriber.

  • When will I be billed for my subscription?

    You will be automatically billed for your first subscription period the day after your 7-day free trial ends, and after each subscription period thereafter. You will receive an email receipt for each subscription charge.

  • How can I stream classes?

    You can stream digital classes on the following apps: AppleTV, iOS, Android, AndroidTv, FireTV and Roku. You can also stream from a web browser.

  • IS THE DIGITAL SUBSCRIPTION WORLDWIDE?

    Yes. You can access our classes in most countries.

  • WHAT EQUIPMENT WILL I NEED?

    To get the most of your experience, we recommend a bike for cycle classes and at minimum, a mat, dumbbells and small loop bands for our strength training classes.
